- 100 ml Japanese Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 ml Sake
- 400 ml Water
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- In a pot, warm up all the ingredients at low heat.
- Remove from heat at the first simmer.
