Chili Paneer मिर्च के पनीर - Jugaadus
Ingredients
- 500 g Onion Half blended, half sliced
- 500 g Tomatoe Blended
- 2 Green chili Blended with tomatoes
- 2 Green Capsicum Sliced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- ½ cup Fresh cream
- 400 g Paneer Cubed
- Fresh Coriander Leaves For garnish
Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables.
- Heat the oil in a large pan.
- When the oil is hot, add the onions and the capsicum. Cook for around 20 minutes.
- Around 10 minutes in, add the butter.
- Add the tomatoes and the salt. Mix Well.
- Add the Turmeric and the Chili powder.
- Cook until oil is coming out of the gravy.
- Add the cream and mix very well.
- Add the Paneer and cook for minutes.
- DONE!
