Avocado and Tahini Dip
Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 75 g Green peas
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Honey
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds grilled
- 1 handful Fresh mint chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 handful Pine nut grilled
- Pita bread
Instructions
- Cook the green peas, then rince immediately in cold water.
- In mixer, add all the ingredients, except the pine nuts.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with pine nut and some mint.
- DONE!
