Shakshuka शकशुका

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Onion sliced
  • 3 clove Garlic roughly chopped
  • 2 Pepper thinly sliced
  • 400 g Tomato chopped
  • ½ to 1 cup Hot water

First spice

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

Second spice

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Handful Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until
  • Add garlic, mix and cook for a minute.
  • Add pepper and mix.
  • Add first spice and mix.
  • Add tomato, water and mix. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until consistent.
  • Add second spice. Cover and cook for around 5 minutes.
