Aloo Paneer आलू पनीर
Ingredients
Grinded Masala
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped
- ½ inch Ginger chopped
- 3 clove Garlic chopped
- 2 Green chili chopped
- 15 Cashews
First spice
- 1 Bay leaf
Second spice
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Third spice
- ¼ tsp Methi leaves
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
Other
- 400 g Paneer cubbed
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Blend or grind to a smooth paste all the masala ingredient.
- Add oil to a pan.
- Add first spice and splutter.
- Add the masala. Keep heat low and mix well. Keep a lid on. Mix from time to time. Ready when the masala stops spluttering.
- Add second spice and mix. Add salt to taste.
- Add water and mix well.
- Cook until desired consistency. You can add more water if desired.
- Add paneer and third spice. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Serve with fresh coriander.
- DONE!
