Ingredients
  

  • 350 ml Broth chicken or dashi
  • 1 ½ tbsp Light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce Nuoc mam
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 Star anise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the condiments for the ramen. Prepare the broth.
  • Add oil to a pot and cook the garlic.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Prepare the ramen noodles.
  • Serve the super ramen.
