Ingredients
  

  • 2 Yellow Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatos chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger crushed
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 can Chickpeas 454 g
  • Random vegetables Optional

First Spice

  • 3 Bay leaf
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Black cardamom
  • 3 Green Cardamon
  • 3 Clove
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Second Spice

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Amchoor powder
  • 1,5 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Pomegrenate powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan with oil.
  • Add first spice and cook until fragrant. Do not burn the bay leaf.
  • Add onions and cook until browned.
  • Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add tomato. Cook until oil is coming out of the side.
  • Add second spice and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the chick peas with the juice.
  • Cook until your are satisfied of the consistency. Add vegetables if you want.
  • DONE
