
Coconut Paneer Curry नारियल पनीर करी
Ingredients
- 3 clove Garlic Chopped
- 1 inch Ginger Chopped
- 3 Onion Chopped
- 3 Tomato Chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 450 g Paneer Cubed
First Spice
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Green cardamon
- 1 Cinnamon stick
Second spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
Last spice
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Handful Fresh Coriander
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add Garlic until fragrant.
- Add ginger and cook for 1 minutes.
- Add onions and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down.
- BLEND IT. You can add water if needed.
- In the same pan, heat oil and add first spice. Sizzle for a minute.
- Add the blended tomato
- Add tomato puree and mix. Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add second spice and mix.
- Add coconut mix and give a good stir. Add the paneer. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add Garam Masala and Fresh coriander
- DONE
