Gobi Curry गोबी करी
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 3 clove Garlic finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped ~ 1 cup
- 1 Green chili chopped
First spice
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
Second spice
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
Third spice
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp Methi leaves
Other
- 1 cup Water
- Fresh Coriander chopped
Instructions
- Add oil to a pan.
- Add first spice and let them splutter.
- Add onions, saute until translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic, saute until aromatic.
- Add second spice and mix.
- Add tomato and green chili. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes become soften, becoming mushy and oil releases from the sides.
- Add cauliflower, mix well with the masala. Salt to taste.
- Add about 1 cup of water. Cover and cook until cauliflower is cooked.
- Once cooked, add third spice.
- Serve with fresh coriander!
