Gobi Curry गोबी करी

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 Tomato chopped ~ 1 cup
  • 1 Green chili chopped

First spice

  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds

Second spice

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder

Third spice

  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ tsp Methi leaves

Other

  • 1 cup Water
  • Fresh Coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to a pan.
  • Add first spice and let them splutter.
  • Add onions, saute until translucent.
  • Add ginger and garlic, saute until aromatic.
  • Add second spice and mix.
  • Add tomato and green chili. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes become soften, becoming mushy and oil releases from the sides.
  • Add cauliflower, mix well with the masala. Salt to taste.
  • Add about 1 cup of water. Cover and cook until cauliflower is cooked.
  • Once cooked, add third spice.
  • Serve with fresh coriander!
