Ingredients
  

Main

  • 250 g Korean sweet potato starch noodles dangmyeon
  • 100 g Rib eye fillet thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot rinsed, peeled & julienned
  • 110 g Baby spinach rinsed and drained
  • 1 Red bell pepper rinsed and julienned
  • ½ Yellow onion peeled, rinsed, thinly sliced
  • 100 g Fresh shiitake mushroom cleaned, stems removed and thinly sliced

Spinach seasoning

  • ¼ tsp Fine salt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Beef marinade

  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Noodles marinade, mix in a small bowl

  • 4 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • tsp ground black pepper

Finishing touch

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Eggs cooked to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the beef marinade and mix with the sliced beef. Cover the bowl with food wrap and leave it on the bench for about 30 mins (until you get the rest of the ingredients ready).
  • Steam the spinach and mix with the seasoning.
  • Prepare the noodle.
  • In a large pan, cook the egg. Remove.
  • Cook onion, remove.
  • Cook carrots, remove.
  • Cook bell pepper, remove.
  • Cook meat, add mushroom, remove.
  • Add cooked noodles, add marinade and everything again. Mix very well.
