Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breast Cut into small or Firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Dark soy sauce
- ½ tbsp Fish sauce
- 11/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Stir Fry
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Eggs
- 6 stalks Chinese broccoli
- 200 g Rice noodles
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles.
- Mix the ingredients for the chicken.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add the chicken and cook until done. Clean the wok.
- Heat oil in the wok. Add Garlic until fragrant.
- Add the eggs, break the egg yolks then let it sit for about 15 seconds before starting to scramble them briefly.
- Add the broccoli and toss to coat with the oil and the egg. Cook briefly for about 15 seconds.
- Add the noodles and the sauce. MIX WELL. Try to get some nice charred marks on the noodles.
- Remove from wok and serve with immediately. Sprinkle with some red Thai chiles if preferred.
