Ingredients
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 3 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Tamarind puree
- ½ tsp Palm sugar
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic clove Chopped
- 200 g Firm tofu Cut into small stick
- 1 Green onions Cut into 1 inch length
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 50 g Chicken chopped. Shrimp can also be used
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 1 Eggs
Toppings
- Roasted peanuts Chopped
- Lime
Instructions
- Cook noodles.
- Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken and add tofu. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add egg, and all seasoning mix together after that turn the heat up.Then add noodles then tamarind puree immediately on the noodle. And add water.
- Add bean sprouts and chive, cook for few second.
- Serve with ground roasted peanuts, chili powder and lime.
