Ingredients
  

Seasoning

  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 3 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Tamarind puree
  • ½ tsp Palm sugar

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic clove Chopped
  • 200 g Firm tofu Cut into small stick
  • 1 Green onions Cut into 1 inch length
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 50 g Chicken chopped. Shrimp can also be used
  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 Eggs

Toppings

  • Roasted peanuts Chopped
  • Lime

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles.
  • Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken and add tofu. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add egg, and all seasoning mix together after that turn the heat up.Then add noodles then tamarind puree immediately on the noodle. And add water.
  • Add bean sprouts and chive, cook for few second.
  • Serve with ground roasted peanuts, chili powder and lime.
