Ingredients
  

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Palm sugar
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 g Protein Chicken, tofu, shrimp, fish balls
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Curry paste red or green
  • 2 Kaffir lime leaves torn in quarters
  • 1 Red chili thin sliced
  • Sweet basil leaves torn from stem
  • Vegetables Thai eggplant, broccoli, bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil 2 cooking spoon in the wok over high heat until oil appears on the surface.
  • Add curry paste and stir for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  • Add meat and cook until it is ready.
  • Add coconut mil and bring to boil.
  • Add all vegetables, palm sugar and fish sauce. Adjust seasonings.
  • DONE!
