- 1 tsp Palm sugar
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
Ingredients
- 50 g Protein Chicken, tofu, shrimp, fish balls
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Curry paste red or green
- 2 Kaffir lime leaves torn in quarters
- 1 Red chili thin sliced
- Sweet basil leaves torn from stem
- Vegetables Thai eggplant, broccoli, bell pepper
Instructions
- Boil 2 cooking spoon in the wok over high heat until oil appears on the surface.
- Add curry paste and stir for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add meat and cook until it is ready.
- Add coconut mil and bring to boil.
- Add all vegetables, palm sugar and fish sauce. Adjust seasonings.
- DONE!
