  • 10 g Kaffir Lime only skin
  • 1 Lemon grass stalk sliced
  • 10 g Turmeric
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 10 g Shallot
  • 12 Chili Green, red or dried red

  • Blend everything until a smooth paste. Water or lime juice can be added to smooth.
