Spicy Bean Sprout Salad ホットもやし

Ingredients
  

  • 340 g Bean sprouts

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds White and black
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • tsp Light soy sauce
  • tsp Japanese Seven Spice Powder Shichimi Togarashi
  • ½ tsp Salt or more to taste
  • Black pepper Freshly ground
  • Green onion Chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add bean sprouts to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Drain water.
  • Combine all the seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Add the bean sprouts and mix well together. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Garnish with scallion, if desired.
  • DONE
