Sushi Bowl 寿司
Ingredients
- 4 cups Sushi Rice See recipe link on top
- 120 g Crab Stick Shredded
- 1 carrot Julienne
- 1 Cucumber Quartered and sliced
- 1 Acocado Sliced
- 1 Nori sheets Broken in small pieces
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds Mix of white and black
Sriracha Mayo
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Prepare all the topping.
- Mix the ingredient for the Sriracha Mayo. I suggest putting it in an empty Sriracha container for easy serving on many recipes.
- To build your sushi bowls, place about 1 cup of the seasoned sushi rice in a bowl, then top with crab stick, carrot, cucumber, avocado, a few pieces of nori, a pinch of sesame seeds, and a drizzle of the sriracha mayo.
