Tawa Paneer Masala तवा पनीर मसाला
Ingredients
- 250 g Paneer Cubed
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1-2 Green pepper or your favorite color
- 3 Tomato Blended
- 5 Garlic clove Crushed
- 1 inch Ginger Crushed
- 1 Green chili Chopped
- Fresh Coriander
First Spice
- ½ tsp Ajwain seeds
Second Spice
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp Amchoor powder Dry Mango powder
Third Spice
- ½ tsp Methi leaves Crushed
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients
- Melt some butter in a pan
- Add first spice and fry until aromatic
- Add onion and cook till browned
- Add garlic, ginger, green pepper and chilies and saute for about 3 minutes.
- Add second spice and saute for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and salt. Stir well and saute till you see oil releasing from the sides and the masala has thickened a bit. About 8-10 minutes.
- Add paneer and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add Third spice. Remove from heat. Serve with fresh coriander.
