Basil Squid โหระพาปลาหมึก
Ingredients
- 450 g Squid
- 2 Garlic cloves Finely chopped
- 1 Onion Thinly sliced
- 4 Red bird eye chillies Chopped
- 1 cup Basil
- 1 cup Green beans Finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Oyster sauce
Instructions
- Add oil in a wok at high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add green beans and stir fry for a minute
- Add squid and soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add chillies, oyster and fish sauce. Stir fry for a minute. Serve Hot.
