Yellow Curry Paste พุดแกงเหลือง
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Fresh Turmeric Peeled, or 2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 Red bird eye chillies Stem removed
- 1 inch Galanga Peeled
- 1 Kaffir Lime Zested and juiced
- 3 Shallot Peeled
Spices
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander seed
- 2 Star Anis
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Shrimp paste Belachan can be used
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all the fresh ingredients and add to the robot
- Using a small pan, toast all the spices until they become fragrant. Beware to not burn them.
- Add the spices to the robot. Add some water and grind to get a smooth paste.
- DONE
