Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram flour

Dried spices

  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 pinch Fennel seeds
  • 1 pinch Oregano seeds
  • 1 pinch Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Salt

Grind in a mortar and pestle

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 1 handful Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 Potato sliced
  • 2 Onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil for frying.
  • Put the gram flour in a bowl and mix with all the dried spices. Add the fresh coriander.
  • Slowly add the water to the bowl, mixing while you go. The final consistency should be fairly dropping.
  • Combine the potato and onions to the wet mixture.
  • Add 2 tbsp of the hot oil to the mix.
  • Add the slices to the oil. Make sure to not overcrowd the pan. 
  • Turn the Pakora often (30 seconds) until they are browned.
  • When brown, remove from heat. Continue until the mix is done.
  • DONE!

Notes

Whole chili can also be used.
