Ojingeo Deopbap 오징어 덮밥
Ingredients
Main
- 2 Calamari squid, cut into ring shapes
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot thinly sliced
- 1 Green onion thinly sliced
- 2 leaf cabbage thinly sliced
- 4 cups Cooked rice
- Some cooking oil
Seasoning sauce (Mix all together)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tsp Korean chili flakes
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Pre heat the wok. Add some cooking oil and add all the vegetables. Stir it for over medium high heat until 2/3 is cooked (about 4 mins).
- Add the seasoning sauce into the wok and stir it.
- Add the squid into the wok. Stir it evenly to mix with veggies and sauce.
- Cook until the squid is completely cooked (about 2 mins). Remove from the stove.
- Put some rice on a plate and serve the squid and vegetables.
- DONE!
