Ingredients
  

Main

  • 2 Calamari squid, cut into ring shapes
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 Green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 leaf cabbage thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • Some cooking oil

Seasoning sauce (Mix all together)

  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Korean chili flakes
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the wok. Add some cooking oil and add all the vegetables. Stir it for over medium high heat until 2/3 is cooked (about 4 mins).
  • Add the seasoning sauce into the wok and stir it.
  • Add the squid into the wok. Stir it evenly to mix with veggies and sauce.
  • Cook until the squid is completely cooked (about 2 mins). Remove from the stove.
  • Put some rice on a plate and serve the squid and vegetables.
  • DONE!
