Bulgogi Chicken 불고기 치킨
Ingredients
- 425 g Boneless chicken thigh and/or breast.
- 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice wine or mirin or white wine
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Pinch Black pepper
- ½ tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse chicken pieces. Trim off excess fat. Cut each of the chicken pieces into small sizes (about 2-inch long and 1-inch wide).
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade. Marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
