Dhingri Dolma धुंगरी डॉल्मा
Ingredients
- 1 block Paneer crumbled or grated
- 300 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- ½ inch Ginger crushed
- 4 clove Garlic crushed
First spice
- ½ tsp Caraway seeds
Second spice
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Black or white pepper
Third spice
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
Fourth spice
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- ½ inch Ginger julienne
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan. Add the first spice and saute till they splutter.
- Add the onions and saute until they turn light brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic and saute till the raw aroma of the paste goes away.
- Add the tomatoes.
- Add the second spice. Stir very well and saute until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the chopped mushrooms. Stir well and begin to saute them until they release all their water.
- Add the Paneer.
- Sprinkle third spice and salt. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the fourth spice and stir.
- DONE!
