Dhingri Dolma धुंगरी डॉल्मा

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block Paneer crumbled or grated
  • 300 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • ½ inch Ginger crushed
  • 4 clove Garlic crushed

First spice

  • ½ tsp Caraway seeds

Second spice

  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black or white pepper

Third spice

  • ¼ tsp Garam masala

Fourth spice

  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ inch Ginger julienne

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan. Add the first spice and saute till they splutter.
  • Add the onions and saute until they turn light brown.
  • Add the ginger and garlic and saute till the raw aroma of the paste goes away.
  • Add the tomatoes.
  • Add the second spice. Stir very well and saute until the tomatoes soften.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms. Stir well and begin to saute them until they release all their water.
  • Add the Paneer. 
  • Sprinkle third spice and salt. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add the fourth spice and stir.
  • DONE!
