Mama Noi Cooking Class in Thailand
Ingredients
Seasoning Sauce (Mixed together)
- ½ tbsp Palm Sugar
- ½ tbsp Fish Sauce
- ½ tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Tamarind sauce
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ cup Water
General
- 100 g Rice Noodle Soaked in hot water for ~10 minutes
- 50 g Shrimps or any other meat
- 50 g Tofu cubbed
- 1 Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 50 g Bean sprouts
- 20 g Carrot shredded
- 1 tbsp Dried Shrimp
Garnish
- 1 Green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp Roasted peanut crushed
- ½ Lime
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok at medium heat. Add garlic and dried shrimp. Fry till fragrant.
- Add the shrimps and tofu. Cook till shrimps are cooked.
- Crack the egg in and scramble it and push everything into one side.
- Add rice noodle in together with the seasoning sauce. Cook till the noodle become tender and mix everything well.
- Add bean sprout and carrot in and stir for a few second. Remove from the heat immediately.
- Garnish with lime, roasted peanut and green onions.
- DONE!
