Marianne’s Crepe

Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Maple Syrup For serving
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the egg, butter, then slowly add the milk while whisking
- Heat a non stick pan and grease with butter
- Add one big scoop of batter
- Wait for the small holes to form up on the surface of the crepe, then flip
- Wait about 30-60 seconds depending on the thickness of the crepe
- Place in a plate and stack
- Cover generously with maple syrup and enjoy
- DONE!
