Marianne’s Crepe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Maple Syrup For serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Add the egg, butter, then slowly add the milk while whisking
  • Heat a non stick pan and grease with butter
  • Add one big scoop of batter
  • Wait for the small holes to form up on the surface of the crepe, then flip
  • Wait about 30-60 seconds depending on the thickness of the crepe
  • Place in a plate and stack
  • Cover generously with maple syrup and enjoy
  • DONE!
