Lasagne Bélanger
Ingredients
Lasagna sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 425 g Lean ground beef
- 220 g White mushrooms sliced
- 1 can Tomato sauce 7 1/2 oz
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- ¾ cup Water
Cottage layer
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
Spinach layer
- Bechamel recipe
- 1 bag Frozen spinach
Construction
- 1 box Spinach lasagna
- 500 g Mozzarella grated
Instructions
Lasagna sauce
- Heat up a small sauce pan. Add olive oil
- Saute the onion until transculent
- Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute
- Add the ground beef and saute until browned
- Add everything else from sauce ingredients. Cook for around 15 minutes
Cottage layer
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Spinach layer
- Prepare a bechamel sauce
- Cook the spinach
- Mix together
Construction
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Cook the lasagna noodles
- Prepare the lasagna in a lasagna pan. Sauce, lasagna, sauce, lasagna, cottage, lasagna, spinach, lasagna, sauce, cheese
- Cook in the oven for 45 minutes
- DONE!
