Instructions
Blend or grind to a smooth paste all the masala ingredient.
Add oil to a pan.
Add first spice and splutter.
Add the masala. Keep heat low and mix well. Keep a lid on. Mix from time to time. Ready when the masala stops spluttering.
Add second spice and mix. Add salt to taste.
Add water and mix well.
Cook until desired consistency. You can add more water if desired.
Add paneer and third spice. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve with fresh coriander.
