Instructions
Heat a large pan with oil.
Add first spice and cook until fragrant. Do not burn the bay leaf.
Add onions and cook until browned.
Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato. Cook until oil is coming out of the side.
Add second spice and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chick peas with the juice.
Cook until your are satisfied of the consistency. Add vegetables if you want.
