Instructions
Add all the lentils ingredient to a pot.
Cook with lid on for 20-25 minutes. Check at 20 and add boiling water if required.
Turka
Add oil and cumin and let splutter.
Add ginger, garlic and chili and cook for a minute.
Add onion and brown.
Add tomato. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chili powder, mix. Add coriander.
Mix the turka with the dal or serve on top.
