Ginger

Instructions
Melt butter in a pan. Add the first spice and saute till they splutter.
Add the onions and saute until they turn light brown.
Add the ginger and garlic and saute till the raw aroma of the paste goes away.
Add the tomatoes.
Add the second spice. Stir very well and saute until the tomatoes soften.
Add the chopped mushrooms. Stir well and begin to saute them until they release all their water.
Add the Paneer.
Sprinkle third spice and salt. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the fourth spice and stir.
