10gNut nutmeg

Instructions
Masala Whole Spices
Grind the whole spices roughly in a mortar and pestle.
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan and place on the stove.
Masala Tea Powder
If preparing the Masala Tea Powder, blend everything in a blender.
Add a pinch of the Masala Tea Powder and the rest of the ingredients into a small saucepan and place on the stove.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for around 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. The Chai should start to turn a coffee brown color, and you should start to smell the flavors of the Masala.
Once it is done, pour the tea into a glass through a strainer to remove the solid pieces.
