Instructions
Cook noodles.
Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken and add tofu. Cook for 1 minute.
Add egg, and all seasoning mix together after that turn the heat up.Then add noodles then tamarind puree immediately on the noodle. And add water.
Add bean sprouts and chive, cook for few second.
Serve with ground roasted peanuts, chili powder and lime.
