Seasoning Sauce (Mixed together)
- ½ tbsp Palm Sugar
- ½ tbsp Fish Sauce
- ½ tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Tamarind sauce
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ cup Water
General
- 100 g Rice Noodle Soaked in hot water for ~10 minutes
- 50 g Shrimps or any other meat
- 50 g Tofu cubbed
- 1 Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 50 g Bean sprouts
- 20 g Carrot shredded
- 1 tbsp Dried Shrimp
Garnish
- 1 Green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp Roasted peanut crushed
- ½ Lime
Prepare the sauce and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok at medium heat. Add garlic and dried shrimp. Fry till fragrant.
Add the shrimps and tofu. Cook till shrimps are cooked.
Crack the egg in and scramble it and push everything into one side.
Add rice noodle in together with the seasoning sauce. Cook till the noodle become tender and mix everything well.
Add bean sprout and carrot in and stir for a few second. Remove from the heat immediately.
Garnish with lime, roasted peanut and green onions.
