Gram flour
Dried spices

Grind in a mortar and pestle
4
cloves
Garlic
½
inch
Ginger

handful
Fresh coriander leaves
chopped

cup
Water

Instructions
Heat the oil for frying.
Put the gram flour in a bowl and mix with all the dried spices. Add the fresh coriander.
Slowly add the water to the bowl, mixing while you go. The final consistency should be fairly dropping.
Combine the potato and onions to the wet mixture.
Add 2 tbsp of the hot oil to the mix.
Add the slices to the oil. Make sure to not overcrowd the pan.
Turn the Pakora often (30 seconds) until they are browned.
When brown, remove from heat. Continue until the mix is done.
DONE!
Notes
Whole chili can also be used.
