Lightly crushed and toasted
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Grill the chicken on both sides. Remove from the pan.
Add the spices and onions to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the liquids. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the sweet potatoes and other vegetables. Cook until they are ready. (About 10 minutes)
Add the chicken back to the wok and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the coriander and peanuts. Mix well and serve.
