Sumac and mint Halloumi
Ingredients
- 1 handful Fresh mint sliced
- 1 handful Fresh parsley sliced
- 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 250 g Halloumi sliced in 8
- 1 Lemon quartered
Instructions
- Mix the mint, parsley, garlic, oil and sumac in a small bowl.
- In a pan for the oven, place the slice of Halloumi and coat with the mint mix. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Start the oven to broil.
- Place the pan in the oven and grill the Halloumi until crispy.
- Serve with lemon.
- DONE!
