Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful Fresh mint sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh parsley sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 250 g Halloumi sliced in 8
  • 1 Lemon quartered

Instructions
 

  • Mix the mint, parsley, garlic, oil and sumac in a small bowl.
  • In a pan for the oven, place the slice of Halloumi and coat with the mint mix. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Start the oven to broil.
  • Place the pan in the oven and grill the Halloumi until crispy.
  • Serve with lemon.
  • DONE!
