Instructions
Mix the mint, parsley, garlic, oil and sumac in a small bowl.
In a pan for the oven, place the slice of Halloumi and coat with the mint mix. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Start the oven to broil.
Place the pan in the oven and grill the Halloumi until crispy.
Serve with lemon.
