Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Rinse the beet in cold water. Sprinkle with salt and wrap up in foil. Place on a cooking pan.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour. After removing, let cool before removing from foil.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
Peel the beets. Slice thinly and place on a serving plate.
Garnish with Laban and mint.
Pour the marinade over the beets. Sprinkle with sumac and serve.
